If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Individual Voluntary Arrangement

Combine your debt into one affordable monthly payment.

Debt Management Plan

An agreement between you and your creditors to pay all of your debts.

Debt Relief Order

For those with lower debt levels and little disposable income.

Self Employed IVA

Protect business assets and flexible enough to suit small businesses.

Informal Arrangement

An agreement with your creditors as to the repayment amount.


You can apply for bankruptcy if you cannot pay back your debts.

There are different options for you if you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Below are a list of options for Scottish residents. Scottish residents will be handled by Campbell Wallace Fraser.
